Services

• We will input the listing in your MLS. (single or multiple).  You simply provide us with the details and we will gladly add and edit the desciptions and photos.   $75 inlcudes initial input.  Any future edits needed are $25/edit.

• Here are the services we provide with Transaction Coordination (One side) Total $300 with $150 non refundable paid up front and remainder of the fee at closing ($200).  If no closing occurs, no additional payment will be owed.
• Introduction email to all parties.
• Prepare and email listing documents to seller(s) for esignature.
• Check listing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Order photos, stagers,etc.
• Input listing in mls (s).
• Set up supra and showing instructions.
• Order photos, stagers,etc
• If Buyer side, we will send buyer brokerage or customer form to buyer.
• If Buyer side, we will set up buyer search for your buyer.
• Upload documents in the transaction management software.
• Prepare esign envelopes for offers and email as per agent's instructions.
• Create timeline for transaction.
• Confirm each timeline step is being completed.
• Prepare any needed amendments or additional exhibits during transaction.
• Send copies on a timely manner to all parties.
• Schedule inspections, walkthroughs and closings.
• Ensure that all documents are compliant no later than 72 hours before closing.
• Communicate with all parties as needed throughout process.
• Schedule closing and notify all parties.
• Request DA's
• Upload necessary closing documents to office programs.
• Send thank you emails/request testimonials and cards to all parties after closing.

All services above provided for both sides (If you, as agent are representing both parties).   $500($300 paid up front and balance at close)

• Setting up database by uploading contacts, setting up profiles and uploading photos in CRM and adding 3 smart campaigns of your choice - $200

• Creating an EDDM direct mail campaign with 12 mailers per year.  This includes the design, ordering, creating mailing list and preparing EDDM packets and getting to post office.  (Cost of printing is additional)   $200/mo (6 month minimum commitment)

• Creating and maintaining a social media campaign.  This includes creating pages on (3) social media channels of your choice (Facebook, Instagram, Pinetrest, Twitter, Linkedin, Google, Yelp, YouTube).  Posts will be added daily and will be maintained monthly.  $100 set up and $75/mo. (6 month minimum)

• Video creation Creating generic real estate topic videos to be used either on smart email campaign on social media campaign and will include a landing blog page.   1 video per week - $250/mo  (6 moonth minimum)

• Birthday Card/House Anniversary Campaign - We will call your sphere (as your assistant) and confirm birthdays and anniversaries.  We will create a calendar and mail and email cards for each special day (max 100/mo) .  $150/mo (3 month minimum) Each Additional $1

• Review Set Up: We will call your sphere (as your assistant) and then email to request reviews. $150 (max 100 )

• Answering Services - you can forward calls to us and we will answer your calls  promptly and professionally.  In addition if any showings need to be coordinated, we will do so.   You will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation or utilize your time prospecting knowing that we will contact you if needed.   $50/day or $300 for 1 week

• CMA a Day - We will create a CMA a day campaign for your clients  or farm and mail to them each day.   $300/mo for 5 a day or $100/mo for 1 a day (includes postage).
